The Boeing TC project will continue to work with the optimized wing this semester.  A CAD model and fabricated model of the wing will be created.  The wing design team will run wind tunnel simulations on this wing to validate calculated aerodynamic performance of the wing.   The Power team will work to design optimal battery placement, as well as airport configuration and battery storage options.  The aircraft design team will be working towards fuselage, empennage, and wing formation.   Moving forward for the Spring 2017 semester, the team plans to begin research on creating an RC model and looking into hybrid aircraft designs.
